Description

Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner

Identify potential people impacts, risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns

Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including stakeholder and communication plan, impact management plan, training plan and resistance management plan when required

Development of communication utilizing various mediums

Coaching experience to develop management teams

Have experience in developing training strategies on project driven initiatives

Development and delivery of training material and training in conjunction with the Learning and development department where required

Assisting with training and monitoring adoption

Assess the change impact and readiness for change initiative, identifying key barriers

Engage with stakeholders to obtain buy-in to the change initiative

Facilitate group sessions and discussions in workshops

Analyze data and drafting of reports

Proactively identify opportunities for culture and engagement interventions

Promote the need for and benefits of change management as part of the change initiative

Have NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
Have at least 6 years' experience as dedicated Change Management specialist on project driven initiatives (Business and IT programmes) in large organizational multicultural contexts.
Have experience in development and implementation of communication and training strategies on project driven initiatives is required.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office and other relevant change tools used)
Have indepth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models and theories
Have an understanding of Change Management principles and the impact on the organization.
Have ability to codesign, coordinate and implement Change Management strategies
