Call Centre Agent - Dunkeld, South Africa - Nu Metro Cinemas
Description
You will be responsible for customer support through the Call centre: This will include (please note that this list is not extensive):- In-bound call center activities
- Outbound call center activities
- Excellent customer support and service rendering
- Reporting
- Loyalty card conversions and retention
- Customer complaints management
- Administrative assistance required from time to time
- Completion of all reports and other information needed
- Compliance to all internal processes and procedures
- Ad hoc projects as required from time to time
- All other duties that may be relevant and requested from you from time to time.
Non-negotiable/essential
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) clear voice
- 2 years previous call center experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong relationship building skills
- High energy levels
- Going the extra mile
- Passionate about movies
Salary:
R8,000.00 per month
