Description

Electrical Maintenance:

The installation, repair and general maintenance of lights, plugs, Footlights / Stair nosing, Catering power bars (plugs)

When sub-contracting of electrical is needed the handyman needs to supervise and sign off the work done by sub-contractors.

Plumbing:

General plumbing in cinemas, bathrooms, and foyer kitchens

When sub-contracting of plumbing is needed the handyman needs to supervise / facilitate and sign off the work done by sub-contractors.

Cinemas:

General maintenance of cinema seats, House lights, VIP seat lights

When sub-contracting of in cinema handy work is needed the handyman needs to supervise / facilitate and sign off the work done by the sub-contractors.

General:

General handy man works to the skill set of the handyman

General work on Tiling of foyers, bathrooms and /or any floor space requiring tiling

General carpet work on and floor space

General painting on all surfaces and requiring so

Installation, repairing of wooden cabinets

Own transport and valid driver license

Previous work experience in a similar

Strong communication skills

Working weekends & public holidays

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
R12,000.00 per month
