    Description

    RPO Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our client's team in Cape Town. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
    • Must be able to manage a debtors and creditors department
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
    • Cash Flow management
    • Payroll
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
    • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and financial institutions

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role. Minimum 8 years
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in financial management software and MS Office
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
