General Administration duties. Assist incoming public / Queue marshal. Filing and answering telephone enquiries. Assist with the collection, collation, compilation, validation, capturing and reporting data on Information System.Admit, assess and open folders for patients on PHCIS. Obtaining correct information from patients and capturing it accurately on the system. Capturing and retrieving data on PHCIS (Primary Health Care Information System). Analyze data trends, ensure proper data flow and monitor and evaluate data to ensure data quality. Perform basic clerical duties and office administration. Copying, faxing and filling of patients Referral letters and making telephonic bookings at respective hospitals. Maintenance of files and patients folder. Making appointments for patients at respective windows. Drawing, sequencing, prepping, re-filling and archiving of patients folders in according. Presenting of data statistics on a regular basis. Perform folder audits on a monthly. Deal with patient queries.
