Description
Qualification & Experience:
- CA (SA) or CIMA.
- Mining environment experience is advantageous.
- SAGE Evolution experience.
- Sound knowledge of tax (Corporate/VAT).
- Specialist knowledge of accounting, budgeting and control principles.
- Knowledge and experience in managing audit processes.
- Highly numerate and an ability to analyse statistical information and interpret financial data to produce reports which are accurate and easy to understand.
- Ability to make informed decisions, manage workload and meet deadlines.
Key job responsibilities:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for;
- Financial planning
- Financial analysis and modelling
- Budgets & forecast
- Audit coordination
- Taxation, joint venture activities
- Cost control activities
- Project accounting
- Statutory compliance and all relevant support to the CEO and business.
Job Type:
Permanent
Salary:
R750, R900,000.00 per year
