LOCATION
Responsible for Africa, India & Middle East zones. Based in Johannesburg working in MCF/Michelin Mining offices, travelling to mines and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Selling & delivering Tire Industry Association (TIA) Earthmover Tire Service training to groups or individuals both remotely (online) and onsite at client workshops, mines, quarries and other locations, to the satisfaction of KLINGE & TIA standards.
Sell and Carry out Tyre Management Consulting and Audit services for mines, quarries and other clients.
Conduct Market Research, deliver support and train clients utilizing Total Tyre Control Earthmover (TTC) & Total Tyre Control Web (TTC Web).
Develop and manage client relationships and generate new business in line with targets.
Actively participate in seminars, webinars, meetings, conferences & events as KLINGE requires.
Maintain the ability to travel both domestic and internationally, passports, drivers licences, legal restrictions, medical or other visa requirements.
Travel regularly to meet sales and company goals including client visits (Mines, Quarries, Workshops & Offices) to perform work and support relationships.
Maintain budget including sales, expenses and forecasts using company systems & policies.
Work as part of a global team of experts to design, offer and support solutions for clients to improve safety and productivity.
Stay up to date with and comply with all legal or industry developments and changes in regulations.
Understand KLINGE business targets relative to your role and actively strive to meet all targets.

Essential Skills Required:_

Demonstrated expert working knowledge of OTR Tyres, Mining Operations and Mine Safety/Risk Management frameworks.
4+ years' experience as an OTR Tyre Service Trainer/On-Site Team Leader
2+ years' experience utilizing commercial Tyre Management Systems (Total Tyre Control, EnTire, Otracom, TOMS, Treadstat).
Advanced understanding and skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)
Ability to work autonomously, remotely and to make pragmatic tradeoffs with an eye towards business outcomes.
Experience working in an Agile environment and with teams in different time zones.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English & French and any other languages.
Experience Travelling for work to remote mines and locations in various countries (valid passport)
Ability to navigate work with competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:_

CRM system understanding and proficiency.
Asset management, ERP, equipment operations, maintenance and/or planning systems (SAP, Ellipse, MAXIMO, Infor EAM, Pronto)
Experience supporting clients remotely and problem solving with a client first mindset.
B2B Sales Experience especially within industrial or METS (Mining Engineering Technology Sector).

QUALIFICATION:

Relevant Certifications from Mining or Service organizations.
Relevant Certifications from Mining training institutions.
Certification of Trainer level of competency for Tyre vocations.

Up to R850 000,00 per year
