We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Second Hand Vehicle Salesman to join our clients reputable dealership East London.As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the successful sale of pre-owned vehicles to our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, actively listen to their vehicle preferences, and address their inquiries professionally. Cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable preowned vehicles.
- Vehicle Presentations: Showcase our inventory of secondhand vehicles effectively by providing detailed information about the models' features, specifications, history, and any warranties available.
- Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a safe and informative experience that highlights the vehicle's performance and highlights its unique selling points.
- Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate prices and terms to secure mutually beneficial deals for both the dealership and the customer. Display transparency and integrity during all financial discussions.
- Documentation and Paperwork: Assist customers in completing all required paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and expedited sales process.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular followup with potential leads to nurture relationships and increase the likelihood of closing sales. Attend to postsale inquiries and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A passion for automobiles and a good understanding of various vehicle makes, models, and features.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of financing options and additional automotive services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
- Valid driver's license.
