Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT technician to join a team at a national health care group.

As an IT technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the hospital's computer systems and networks, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to hospital staff.


Responsibilities:


  • Install and configure computer hardware and software systems
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
  • Assist with network security and data backup procedures
  • Provide technical support to hospital staff
  • Maintain an inventory of all equipment, software and licenses
  • Keep uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in IT

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an IT technician or similar role
  • Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if necessary
  • Relevant certifications in IT preferred
