We are seeking to enhance the administrative support function by adding a new Wealth Manager Administrator to our team.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Thorough understanding of investment and risk products
  • Expertise in offshore investments and administration
  • Conduct policy and product research
  • Manage new business processes from start to finish
  • Address and resolve client inquiries
  • Maintain the Client Relationship Management system

PERSONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated individual who can lead projects independently
  • Capable of working effectively in a highly organized setting
  • Accepts and handles responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Exhibits high levels of energy, drive, and creativity
  • Upholds the company's values of honesty and integrity
  • Thrives in high-pressure work environments with tight deadlines
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Possesses 3+ years of experience in the investment/financial planning sector
  • Holds a valid Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) certification
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans languages
  • Located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town with own transport

Salary:
R15, R20,000.00 per month
