Teacher - Primary School Level - to teach technology-based curriculum classes at various schools.
Start Date: 8 Jan 2023

Location:
Johannesburg Northern Suburbs

Remuneration:
R15 000 with additional remuneration for extra classes.

Job brief

Responsibilities

Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
Travel to various schools according to a timetable that will be provided to give these classes.
Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars and conferences when required.

Requirements and skills

Teaching qualification
Proven experience as a
teacher
Primary school level preferable

Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures.
Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
Creative and energetic personality that motivates learning and development.
Strong moral values and discipline
Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.
