Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our omnichannel systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure that the omnichannel systems are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration of software solutions
Oversee the integration of various systems to enable a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications and user guides.
Manage team resources and allocate tasks to meet project deadlines
Identify and mitigate technical risks, including system performance, security, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend solutions that align with the company's strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer Sscience, software engineering or a related field
At least two years of experience in a technical leadership role
At least five years of experience in designing, developing and implementing omni-channel systems.
Deep understanding of e-commerce, point of sale, loyalty platforms and related technologies
Strong technical skills in SQL, Java, Python, or other programming languages
Experience with software, database, API design patterns and architecture principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
