Description

Our marketing department is in search of a marketing assistant to join the marketing team.

The incumbent will be responsible for the monthly processing and tracking of invoices across the outdoor department; and supporting the marketing manager and PR coordinators on prescribed campaigns, projects, activities and tasks.

You will be responsible for:

Working with the coordinators and buying team to coordinate product required for campaign shoots and events.
Stock management through ensuring departmental stock is returned to store timeously post shoot/event.
Monthly processing, tracking, and reporting of all invoices to Finance for the Fashion team.

Assisting the marketing manager and coordinator/s with executing brand and loyalty campaign briefs and managing timelines to deliver upon deadline.

Assisting the marketing manager and coordinators with coordinating campaigns and manage critical timelines by liaising with partners and key internal stakeholders as required.

Assisting the marketing manager and coordinator with stock requirements (e

g:
stock sourcing for events and campaign shoots)
Working with the coordinators to ensure all dates is booked into the diary for upcoming campaigns (product handover, styling session etc.)

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
Relevant marketing tertiary education is preferable.
Computer literacy and programs (MS suite is a must; Sage and Oracle experience is optional)
1-2 years' experience
ATL experience advantageous
Retail experience advantageous
