Required for 5* hotel property

R12K

Working knowledge of the following specialities: quality control, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, air conditioning
Working with power tools
General and preventative maintenance operations
Managing people and processes
Project planning and workflow management
Min 5 years' experience in a supervisory position hospitality/similar industry
Trade certification/formal qualification required

Must be able to work long hours, night shifts and weekends to meet operational requirements.
