Description

Minimum Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist/Night Auditor in a 3 or 4 star Hospitality Establishment.
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional approach when interacting with guests.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset to anticipate guests' needs.

Proficiency in using a Hotel Reservation/Operating System preferably Opera and the experience to run the Night Audit on the Hotel Operating System.

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
