This luxury 5-star deluxe lodge hotel, Villa and spa offers international standards in accommodation and award-winning fine dining cuisine. Focusing on overseas and local tourists, the hotel is ideally situated on this popular whale watching coastline.

We are in search of a young, enthusiastic & professional service minded individual to take on duties as a FRONT OF HOUSE DUTY MANAGER to maintain service standards, oversee individual and personal attention for all guests, daily planning and management of staff, coordinate special meal requirements, engage with all guests throughout the day and to interact with hotel guests especially during service periods.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least - 5 years' experience within luxury 5-star hotels or game lodges

Exceptional people skills and professional appearance & presentation

Thorough understanding and experience in Food & Beverage / Top Fine Dining Restaurants

Attention to detail with a sense of drive and ambition to achieve world-leading standards

Highly proficient in computers as well as Point of Sale systems

Effective manager, motivator and communicator
