Lead Generation:
Actively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, introduce the company's services, and explain how they can benefit from the solutions offered.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations showcasing the company's capabilities, past successes, and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, longterm relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, including leads, opportunities, and sales progress using the company's preferred CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as HR specialists, lawyers, and recruitment consultants, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and maximize crossselling opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process and address any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or crosssell complementary solutions to existing clients.
  • Remote Work Management: As a freelance salesperson, you'll also be responsible for managing your own schedule and ensuring timely communication with the company's management team.
