Repair Shop Assistant (RSA) Franchise Motor Dealership Service Department

Salary:

Basic salary around R14K + incentives and benefits.

Description:

(Non-Qualified Motor Mechanic)

You will be part of the service team at a franchise dealership, where you will be supporting the qualified technical staff and doing services, maintenance and repairs including clutches etc.

Your duties will further include the standard listed point checks on trade-in vehicles and used car stock.

Requirements:

MUST have minimum 8 years working experience in a franchise dealership environment.
Have a good understanding of franchise dealership processes and procedures.
Must have a track record of good technical ability and understanding fixing right first time values and principles.
Own tools
Clear criminal record
Valid driver's license with no endorsements
Contactable references and job loyalty (no job hoppers please)
Good communication skills, both written and spoken
Physical ability to handle all the aspects of the work
