R15K basic + incentives + company contributions to medical aid

Description
Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a franchise dealership.

Requirements:

Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 2 years.
Excellent computer literacy skills preferably Evolve or other relevant motor trade related software
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
Valid driver's license
Clear criminal record
Clear credit record (no judgments)
