- A minimum of 3 years' experience in reservations position
- Professional, mature personality and appearance
- Dynamic personality
- Excellent & essential PC literacy skills
- Advanced Word, Excel, Internet, Room Master an advantage
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptional customer service and conflict handling skills
- Professionalism, excellent judgment, use of discretion, prioritization and problemsolving abilities
- High stress tolerance
- Ability to work and make decisions independently
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player
- Excellent organizational skills
- Efficient and accurate with high attention to detail
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
