Grade 1- A Hospitality qualification is beneficial.

  • 23 Years' experience in a similar position with a solid track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Profit room and Nebula is beneficial.
  • Will run the office and be the General Managers assistant as well.
  • Will need experience with all Front of Houserelated procedures (Admin, Reservations, Function Coordinator, Activity Coordinator, Stock Control, Manage financials daily)
  • Be able to perform under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Able to Problem Solve and be a forward thinker.
  • Compassionate and caring individual.
  • Proud of accomplishments and driven to achieve.
  • Must be customer service orientated with excellent people skills.
  • Must have effective communication skills in English (Verbal and written)
  • Afrikaans will be beneficial (Verbal and written)
  • Should be flexible and willing to help and learn in other areas of the business, multitasking role
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently and work within a multicultural team.
  • Needs to be a Team player.
  • Needs to be Computer literate in MS Office suite.
  • Must be Presentable, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Willing to go the extra mile and not a clock watcher.
  • Will run and oversee the training program.
  • First Aid Warden, first aid will be beneficial.
  • Will run and oversee the Health and Safety compliance.
  • Will run and oversee the Environmental program.
  • Own transport and license essential
Salary R11,500 basic per month

Provident Fund


12 days on 3 days off, twice per month or 24 days on 6 days off, once per month, this depends on the needs of the lodge.

Accommodation live-in, room with bathroom. No outdoor pets, however indoor pets allowed.
