Are you an experienced Supervisor for property sales staff.? This position holds a history of paying dividends to your hands-on supervisory / guiding expertiseAlthough our properties are well-known and sought-after; we cater for high-end clientele; Some of our Sales Agents bill average of triple digits monthly, then there are those that needs compassionate guidance to reach that stage in their selling career.

Matric,
Tertiary education, &
Real Estate accreditation

Must have:

5+ yrs exp in supervising / managing a selling team +

KPA:

- training,
- providing professional development for the teams and
- setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance
