Description
Answer phones and greet visitors- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Manage accounts and perform book keeping, Debtors, Creditors
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Proven work experience as a personnel assistant
- High school degree
- MS office, excel, word, proficiency
- Ability to multi task and prioritize daily work load
- Criminal record check
- NON smoker
- Sober habits
- I would like someone that is not staying to far away from the office because of travel costs.
- Age bracket I would prefer someone that is not planning on having children.
Annual break will be Dec Jan each year
Salary :
