Salary will be discussed in the interview and is based on experience. Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing/high performing culture is preferred.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ERS Biometrics system is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for loading new employees into the ERS Biometrics system.
- Ensure timely distribution of pay slips to employees.
- Send out IRP5 forms to employees as required.
- Manage and maintain organizational charts.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Prepare and complete starter packs for new employees.
- Distribute induction packs to all new employees.
- Ensure employee of the month hampers are sent out promptly.
- Assist with FTC requisitions and submission processes.
- Maintain a spreadsheet tracking foreign employees.
- Assist with offboarding processes and document management.
- Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
Submissions:
Support HR team with WSP submissions.
- Check and verify invoices related to HR activities.
- Capture overtime hours in Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized and uptodate HR records.
- Assist with any other HRrelated tasks as needed.
