Salary will be discussed in the interview and is based on experience. Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing/high performing culture is preferred.


Requirements:


  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
  • 12 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with ERS Biometrics system is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for loading new employees into the ERS Biometrics system.
  • Ensure timely distribution of pay slips to employees.
  • Send out IRP5 forms to employees as required.
  • Manage and maintain organizational charts.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Prepare and complete starter packs for new employees.
  • Distribute induction packs to all new employees.
  • Ensure employee of the month hampers are sent out promptly.
  • Assist with FTC requisitions and submission processes.
  • Maintain a spreadsheet tracking foreign employees.
  • Assist with offboarding processes and document management.
  • Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)

Submissions:
Support HR team with WSP submissions.

  • Check and verify invoices related to HR activities.
  • Capture overtime hours in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate HR records.
  • Assist with any other HRrelated tasks as needed.
