Description
Typing all correspondence and general documentation- Filling all documentation
- Book flights, accommodation and reconcile accounts
- Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
- Taking, typing and distribution of minutes for meetings
- Responsible for the booking of boardrooms
- Ordering, processing and delivery of stationery to Exco
- Receiving, sorting of post and contacting recipient employees for collection
- Performing of administrative functions for Exco as and when required
- Maintaining general office files and other files related to the company's operations
- Executive Board Packs assemble packs on a quarterly basis
- Perform adhoc duties as and when required
Valid Drivers' License Experience
4 years relevant experience in an Executive Support role

From R360,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parktown, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
