  • Assist our Social Media Manager with management of tour social channels
  • Promptly escalate any community management concerns to the Social Media Manager so we address our audiences' needs quickly
  • Review social media and blog content that's produced by our global team, and escalate areas of concern to the Social Media Manager (social) or Lead Digital Editor (blog)
  • Support the Social Media Manager with monthly reporting so our work keeps getting better
  • Complete social media scheduling and research to help make sure we're using our content tools well
  • Support the QA team with publishing blog content on Wordpress, and sourcing and editing images and other assets for blog and social media
  • Provide administrative support, including maintenance of the marketing inbox and other tasks as they come up

Qualifications and Experience:


  • A degree/diploma in marketing, communications, advertising, media, English, publishing, PR or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly creative, with an an eye for detail
  • Able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • You're eager to learn about digital marketing and find your niche
