2years- Attending to Member queries telephonically and via correspondence
- Attending to Member levy account queries
- Attending to the collection of levies
- Attending to Suspense and Control Accounts
- Distribution of monthly levy statements as well as upon a Member's request
- Update and maintain member information on the System
- Compiling of Journals, Internal Transfers and Rental Refunds
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting
- Internal and External communication
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12
- Computer Literacy and Skills:
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fully bilingual (speak, write, understand)
- Strong administrative skills
- Accurate and neat
- Excellent people skills
