Daily invoicing and printing for the store operations
Monitoring the DMK systems and running monthly IT operation reports
Handle all queries related to the operations and order flow as well as FIFO orders
Running the reports for the campaign month end reports
Monitoring and maintaining the invoice printer and assist with IT related issues and IT support at head office
Managing the LINX system on a daily basis.
Invoicing and Printing Field Orders and store Orders
System and Server Monitoring
Interact with the supply chain, IT and sales department as well as vendors for printing issues
The incumbent has to be able to work within a team and independently
The incumbent will have to resolve issues with invoicing, printing, reports and daily queries.

The incumbent will be exposed to deadlines and work pressure to ensure that issues are resolved timeously and month end close-out processes are carried out on time.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric Certificate
National Diploma/Degree In IT would be preferable
2 year's experience
Analytical skills, Independency, problem solving and understanding of how business works
Good understanding of systems, system analysis, and knowledge of how to use Excel
