Job description
Our dynamic property management company is looking for a
Portfolio Manager. Someone who is proactive, goal-driven, and outcome-oriented. If this is you, we would like to hear from you.

What you will be required to:

Manage a portfolio of Properties in a specific area.
Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties.
Ensure the
Property Host maintain key performance standards at all time.
Regular onsite meetings with Property Host at the properties.
Training and implementation of SOPs with Property Hosts Manager.
Daily support and communication with Property Host & Property Owner
Arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required.
Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.
Scrutinize Owner statements for approval before statements are sent to owners
Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.

What is required to perform best in the role:

Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware
laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
Availability to work one weekend per month.
Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fastpaced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
Highly responsive and reliable.
Strong attention to detail.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Own reliable car
