A fast-growing, dynamic, property management company with a national footprint and making international inroads is looking for a strong
Senior Reservations Manager.

Our company is based in Cape Town and our portfolio consists of close to 500 properties throughout. You will be managing the reservation process of all properties.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage central reservations and the team of reservationists.
  • Communicate dynamic rates and promotions.
  • Liaising with portfolio managers, operations managers, property hosts and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining the inhouse reservation systems
  • Forecasting, projecting and managing revenue streams and reporting on them to directors and other managers accordingly.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Matric Certificate.
  • Tertiary Qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven management experience.

Experience:

- reservations management: 5 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:
