Gauteng Regional Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

Primary Objective
To manage allocated Sales Budget through effective co-ordination of Sales team, Key Accounts and Expense Budgets within the Region.


Minimum Qualification & Job requirements.

  • Able to converse in English and Afrikaans
  • Life Sciences / Business degree
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical / healthcare industry sales experience which includes an understanding of competitors and key stakeholders
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Previous experience with data management programs i.e. Rep wise, ImpactRx, SSD, and IMS
  • Willingness to travel with sales team as per business requirements.

Remuneration:
R700K annual CTC highly negotiable


Core Responsibilities will include:

Control of Representatives sales budgets value and units with customer coverage, activities, expenses and budgets.
Follow up on all customer queries and ensure resolved in the shortest possible timeframe
Management of relationships with Key Accounts, Leaders, Wholesales, Corporate Customers, Groups and Chain Pharmacies.
Evaluation of Sales Representatives
Ensure Sales Team achieves their budgets
Growth of market share through market analysis
Financial Year End Reports
Resolve IR Issues
