We are looking for a dynamic,friendly and fully bilingual Administrator to join our Call center operations team.

Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area.


Job description/Requirement:

  • Responsible for all customer enquiries, agreements and to ensure delivery according to set standards (Welcome calls).
  • Would suit an energetic, friendly, bubbly, wellspoken / wellpresented person.
  • Matric / Call centre environment will be an advantage.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration.
  • Liaising with clients telephonically in a professional manner.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
