Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area.
Job description/Requirement:
- Responsible for all customer enquiries, agreements and to ensure delivery according to set standards (Welcome calls).
- Would suit an energetic, friendly, bubbly, wellspoken / wellpresented person.
- Matric / Call centre environment will be an advantage.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration.
- Liaising with clients telephonically in a professional manner.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
