Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a background in car insurance? Universal Call Centre is currently seeking dynamic Sales Agents with 6 months to a year of experience in car insurance sales to join our team for the Auto&General campaign.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales skills and contribute to the success of our car insurance sales efforts.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Auto&General car insurance products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions based on individual requirements.
  • Explain policy features, coverage options, and pricing details clearly and persuasively.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in car insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced sales environment and meet targets.

Additional Skills (preferred):


  • Knowledge of Auto&General car insurance products and industry trends.
  • Experience with outbound sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Relevant insurance qualifications or certifications.
