IOT technology, seeks to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic _
Project Co-ordinator_ to join their dynamic national team.

The Project Co-ordinator will work closely with the _
Chief Information Officer_ _
and development team_ to facilitate and manage various projects from inception to completion.

The ideal incumbent will also be the centre point of administration and office management in the business.

Your sound _
history of project co-ordination_ coupled with sound understanding and use of _
project management tools_ are required to be successful in this role.

Previous experience in an IT development environment will be advantageous.

Requirements:_

  • A Project Management qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Project Management or Coordination role.
  • Proficiency with digital project management tools; ie; Agile, Waterfall, CRM systems, Smartsheets, Asana & SharePoint) will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal).
  • Problem solving and Solution driven.
  • Sound change management skills
  • Sound organizational and planning skills
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Research and presentation with strong administrative skills.
  • An 'out of the box thinker' who likes to actively participate in feedback and input.

Responsibilities_

  • Assist the Development team in the development of project management documents such as budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
  • Working closely with the Development team on scoping and the implementation of Business projects.
  • Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the development team has what's needed at the right time.
  • Project monitoring & controlling, billing and closing of projects.
  • Engaging with and providing continuous feedback to the CTO and CIO.
  • Identified project scopes, constraints, risks and deadlines.
  • Problem identification, escalation, and resolution.
  • Tracked project performance to analyze successful completion of short and longterm goals.
  • Assisted development team by tracking, organizing and analyzing project financial information.
  • Help Development team monitor project progress and team members' performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
  • Foster crossteam collaboration to help team members complete project tasks and produce deliverable.
  • Prepare and file documents and collect data to track performance and efficiency.
  • Deliver regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs.
  • Executing record filing system to improve document organization and management.
  • Providing daily office management and administrative support tasks to the team.

Salary:
R20 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month


Experience:


  • Agile or Waterfall project management: 2 years (required)
