Description
As an Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing processes within the group.

  • Evaluate adherence to policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze data to identify key risks and instances of noncompliance, proposing action plans for improvement.
  • Develop audit planning documents and work papers for effective audit execution.
  • Draft concise riskbased audit reports, discussing root causes, impact, and recommendations with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct adhoc store reviews and valueadded assessments while maintaining independence.
  • Provide training and corrective guidance to address identified concerns with management, crew, and or franchisees.
  • Perform information gathering, analysis, and presentation tasks within the role.
  • Actively contribute to creating and sustaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Successfully manage and complete assigned audit engagements, ensuring thorough understanding of processes, circumstances, and risks.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of audit programs and testing procedures to align with business needs.
  • Collect and review evidence, meticulously documenting audit conclusions and submitting monthly reports.
  • Facilitate followup procedures and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assess product quality instore, including tasting products when necessary.
