  • We are seeking a detail oriented, thorough, and organized sales support executive to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas. In this role you will be at the forefront of market intelligence, market trends, new developments, keeping record of tenders coming up. To develop and implement business and sales strategies. To successfully sell cleaning, hygiene and pest control to new customers.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Matric Certified
  • Business, or related field preferred one (1) year previous experience in sales support
  • Client services
  • Sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information
  • Knowledge of capturing and updating customer profiles/accounts
  • Scheduling sales meeting with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer troubleshooting
  • Manage sales personnel meeting logistics

DUTIES:

  • Canvass market which we service and could potentially service
  • Research potential leads from business directories
  • Identify point of contact personnel to advocate our service lines
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules
  • Web searches, or digital resources
  • Receive and report on all sales leads
  • Answer potential customer questions and followup call questions
  • Work with sales team when closing sales
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
  • Monitor sales activity
  • Build a good understanding of target customers (contact, industries, trade lanes, type of business, contract information including exceptions and service requirements)
  • Build good working relationship with the sales executives to jointly achieve targets set for the commercial organisation
  • Provide personalized service and build relationships with customers
  • Understanding of the local market and industries
  • Ensure replies to all sales leads and key correspondence are delivered within 24 hours
  • Assist with processing price quotes and rate negotiations
