Contractual hours are from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday.
However, it may be the case that in order to fulfill the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.

Job Summary:
The Content Manager is responsible for the development and timely update of our digital corporate platforms / websites and other weekly campaigns, mailers and communication tools approved by the Client / CAM, in order to ensure optimal performance and state-of-the-art functioning of all our content platforms.
Also to research and content creation of our local communications, digital and printed, and to maintain and update a content calendar of global, regional and local events.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- To support the CAM, Events Manager and Brand Relations Manager responsibilities by preparing client directed communications.
- To manage the administration of the Quintessentially Global Events Calendar, ensuring it is always up to date.
- To assist with the creation of all Quintessentially digital communications, on a weekly, monthly and punctual basis.
- To assist with the upkeep of the Preferred Supplier Document, and supplier records.
- To consistently research events, new openings, new potential partners, and access across a number of platforms and seek access to those of interest.
- Daily checks and testing of the website and other corporate communications platforms, ensuring that everything is functioning optimally.
Requirements:
- Excellent written & oral communication
- fluent English a MUST
- Strong IT & CRM systems skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office etc.)
- Strong Craft, Klaviyo system skills and other platforms as Mailchimp are highly advantageous.
- Possess a minimum of 24 years Marketing/ Social Media experience
- Excellent written capabilities and the ability to express oneself through creative and comprehensive writing.
- A passion for current contemporary culture
- Connectivity within the industry and initiative to build new relationships
- Understanding of HNW audience
- Strong and collaborative teamworking skills
- Strong organisation and administrational skills are imperative
- Fast learner adapting to new processes in rapid change climate
- Creative problem solving & topnotch organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident, with the ability to prioritise, delegate and meet deadlines working under pressure
Experienced in dealing with confidential information using discretion and sensitivity at all times
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
