- Software development of enhancements, new features and fixing issues/bugs in IQ related products
- Assisting with product releases
- Upskilling of developers in general programming techniques, Delphi programming language and IQ
- Helping and assisting all developers with queries and questions relating to development tasks
- Assisting with new developer enrolment in probation period
- Assisting with JIRA and Confluence tasks
- Helping with knowledge base creation/building and maintaining thereof
- Assist with general technical queries
- Implementation and maintenance of new toolsets and technologies for Dev & QA
- Extensive experience in the Delphi programming language environment
- Proven experience in enterprise level ERP system design and development
- A good knowledge of database design, structures and SQL scripting knowledge
- Knowledge of the IQ Retail Application software or similar financial based applications
- B-Tech degree or diploma with 1-4 years' relevant experience

The Software Support Department assists customers with queries and problems relating to the IQ Retail application software. The Department also provides customers with a wide variety of other services including the installation of new software and customer training.
