Grade 12 or equivalent is essential. Payroll experience an advantage. 2 to 3 Years Pastel Partner Experience Previous experience with HR administration essential

Provide support for the daily, weekly & monthly accounting functions. Processing relevant cash books. Processing of foreign payments. Maintain general ledger accounts by monitoring journal entry preparation. Complete special projects giving insightful analysis as required. Updating & Controlling Operational Assets. Provide support to the Senior HR Manager. Assist with recruitment, interviews and on-boarding. Manage the performance reviews process and ensure they are submitted by the deadline. Ensure monthly probationary reviews take place. Ensure leave planners and policies are followed. Ensure regular communication on HR Services to operational managers. Ensure induction protocol, monthly testing and dress code policy is followed. Participate in HR networks and community programs
