Description

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Receptionist to join the prestigious five-star establishment nestled amidst the picturesque vineyards of Constantia.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in a 5star hotel or similar upscale environment
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in a second language would be advantageous
Flexible availability for shift work, including night auditor shifts
Competence in carrying out comprehensive reception duties, including night audit responsibilities and financial transactions
Effective handling of guest requests, complaints, and inquiries
Possess a polished and personable telephone etiquette
Familiarity with Opera software is preferable
Impeccable grooming, a friendly demeanor, and a professional appearance
Exceptional ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Strong work ethic, motivation, and dedication
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Positive disposition and a cando attitude
Access to own transport is preferred
