Overview:


Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Executive, who has experience working within the Refrigeration industry and/or sales experience related to commercial refrigeration.


Responsibilities:


  • Source and acquire new clients in line with growth strategy
  • Identify and acquire significant independent clients
  • Grow national presence by establishing outside of Gauteng sales footprint in line with growth strategy
  • Client project management (from acquisition, through execution and sign off to payment)
  • Manage and grow your sales pipeline
  • Support the overall sales and marketing strategy
  • Commercial management (quotations, invoicing, debtors' management)
  • Relationship management (internal/external)
  • Extensive traveling throughout South Africa

Requirements:


  • Basic technical refrigeration knowledge preferable
  • IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Client relationship management, both corporate and individual
  • Project Management
  • Sales and key account management
  • Basic knowledge of building sites and measuring skills
  • Good negotiation skills

Measures of performance:


  • Achieves individual sales targets as allocated per growth strategy
  • Achieves margins in line with our client's pricing policy
  • Meets client contractual delivery dates and specifications
  • Debtors performance
