Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Executive, who has experience working within the Refrigeration industry and/or sales experience related to commercial refrigeration.
Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new clients in line with growth strategy
- Identify and acquire significant independent clients
- Grow national presence by establishing outside of Gauteng sales footprint in line with growth strategy
- Client project management (from acquisition, through execution and sign off to payment)
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline
- Support the overall sales and marketing strategy
- Commercial management (quotations, invoicing, debtors' management)
- Relationship management (internal/external)
- Extensive traveling throughout South Africa
Requirements:
- Basic technical refrigeration knowledge preferable
- IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Client relationship management, both corporate and individual
- Project Management
- Sales and key account management
- Basic knowledge of building sites and measuring skills
- Good negotiation skills
Measures of performance:
- Achieves individual sales targets as allocated per growth strategy
- Achieves margins in line with our client's pricing policy
- Meets client contractual delivery dates and specifications
- Debtors performance
