Providing telephonic personal lines support

  • Busy underwriting the client.
  • Keep the brokers informed of the lead progress all the times.
  • New policy growth by reaching monthly target.
  • Broker relationships
  • Adhere to telephone etiquette when speaking to brokers.
  • Deliver treating customers fairly principles in alignment with regular requirements
  • Quality and sales script. The sales script on the system needs to be followed verbatim.
  • Commission, medical aid and pens benefit provided

Qualifications:


  • RE5 required
  • FAIS credits of 150
  • Class of business

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission


Salary:
From R8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
