CONTRACTOR:
MANAGER MASTER DATA
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Manage the SAP SD customer master & ensure data integrity
- Ensure customer master supports all company operational systems, as the only customer info source
- Ensure Data Accuracy / validation consistency across all platforms
- Vehicle & Parts SAP, Vendor Master, eOne, Sales Plus and Public Websites.
- Data Analysis & Audits / Resolve Data issues
- Develop & maintain the customer master to company required standards
- Manage System changes / support development relating to Customer Master
- Compliance of systems, data, and governance across projects, particularly Guest data (POPIA) & SOX
- SOTERION Manage SAP CM User Access
- Communicate Master Data Changes to all Business Process Owners
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- I.T Qualification NQF level credits)
- SAP sales & distribution module
- SAP SD customer master
- Database experience
- Adobe
- Min 5 years in Business workplace
- Systems development experience
- High level of Computer literacy
COMPETENCIES:
- People skills
- Attention to detail
- Project management experience will be an advantage
- Dealership knowledge will be an advantage

- Short term project coordination
- Daily & Weekly project status tracking
- Monthly cross functional project status tracking
