ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in new car model launch projects OEM; with German proficiency; Organisational awareness

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with more than 3 years' experience in a relevant technical and/or quality management environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Steering of the quality problem landscape, i.e. PQM's & Quality performance targets.
Collate quality related data from various internal sources into a system which enables the steering of the quality targets.
Monitor and report the quality target status; ensure that deviations from these targets are made transparent and that corrective actions are tracked.
Liaise with QMPs, Plant Project Leader-QMP and Suppliers to arrange "AreweReady" events as required, as well as documentation of the outcomes.
Report on the status of Measurement Reports of all relevant components for each build phase.
Report on the status of the Process Series, Startup capability evaluation, and Initial Sample Approval of new parts.
Initiate and support the escalation process to the PPL-QMP, when and where appropriate.
Support the PPL-QMP with ad hoc tasks relating to the industrialisation of the new car launch project
