Description

The Coach must be able to offer an easily accessible, responsive, quality and empathic service to Clients with the goal of conducting outbound telephonic interviews with selected employees as well as managers, offering health advice and counselling, as well as referral to appropriate resources.

Manage sick leave cases/referrals as well as general health information requests that come via the call centre.

Administration of the call centre functions and utilisation of the software system;
Quality management, communication with other departments

A minimum of a degree in the following discipline:

Nursing (Community or Primary Health Nursing is essential, Psychiatric nursing experience will be an advantage, Occupational Health nursing experience will be an advantage Nurse case manager experience in managed healthcare organisation will be an advantage).

Multiple Languages will be a requirement (especially English, Zulu, Sotho, Xhosa).

Professional report writing skills in English will be a requirement.

More than 3 years experience within the counselling and health advice setting preferably in the Healthcare / Counselling support industries.

Minimum of 3 years tertiary education with accredited institutions and certified qualifications with recognised professional bodies and an ability to interview, assess and refer a broad range of absenteeism and health issues seen in an Employee Wellbeing Programme context.

Previous experience in a healthcare call centre setting and an understanding of workplace dynamics/policies will be an added bonus

Salary:
R20, R25,000.00 per month
