In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, directly impacting our success by providing top-notch sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to increase customer satisfaction and sales volume.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and improve customer service strategies.
Stay informed about product knowledge, business flow, and customer profile to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Agent, Contact Centre Agent, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in clear English is a must for this role.
High school diploma; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

Desired Skills:

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A customeroriented approach with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in using computers and contact centre software.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
