RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our client's Financial Services team. As an Accounts Clerk, your role will involve providing support to our Accounting department in various financial tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timely
  • Verifying and reconciling transactions in the general ledger
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assisting with financial analysis and reporting
  • Supporting the Finance team in adhoc tasks and projects

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and processes
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field
