Requirements:


  • Management, support, and delivery of Application services
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are adhered too (GxP)
  • Work with Service Providers, supplier and other consultants in Group Digital Technology
  • Provide advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration (including requests for
- changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies,
- standards and practices (including security) are applied correctly

  • Manage the ESB platform, leading incident resolution, managing budgets, SLAs, and vendor contracts,
- and reviewing and signing off on new integrations

  • Attend weekly operational meetings with the vendor
  • Manage changes, upgrades, certifications, and enhancements
  • Create and manage the budget and subsequent payments and recharges
  • Manage the vendor, including contract reviews, SOWs, and MSA
  • Ensure the qualified status of the IBM MQ platform is maintained
  • Lead integration efforts using IBM MQ

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
  • Pharma regulatory experience beneficial (GxP)
  • Budgeting & Invoice Management
  • Knowledge of contracts and contracting
