Job Title: 2X CLIENT ACCOUNT SENIOR MANAGER - HYBRID - JOHANNESBURG


This role requires an experienced Account Manager who can act as a trusted client advisor and help unleash our client's power to their clients by bringing them data driven insights, new ideas, industry expertise and end to end solutions from across ecosystems.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to expanding Client's footprint and share of wallet in client/industry; accountable for portion of business results on the account (at a minimum).
  • Bring disruptive and innovative ideas in order to originate new opportunities (while also pursuing businessasusual opportunities).
  • Leverage industry networks and partner with experienced CALs to understand the overall growth of the industry at this company and build industry mastery
  • Use Client's Leadership Essentials to guide all client interactions.
  • Proactively identify and connect with client peers to identify and develop relationships with the next generation of client leaders.
  • Develop strong communication skills to guide client challenges with relevance and credibility.
  • Gain confidence to deliver and receive difficult, honest and actionable feedback.
  • Maintain & grow relationships across Client Services & Networks to identify aspiring CALs amongst their peers.
  • Develop knowledge of ecosystem partners to collaborate and bring new, innovative ideas to our clients.
  • Able to articulate vision and purpose for client team in your given space to attract and develop diverse talent.
  • Fostering a entrepreneurial mindset by actively articulating ideas with your leadership and client teams to solve challenges with creativity and positivity.
  • Develop the ability delegate efficiently and adapt to ongoing feedback.

Skills & Experience Required
Preferred Industry experience would be within Mining or Energy
