Requirements

  • Liaising internally to resolve claims as well as with the liability service provider to ensure resolutions to claims logged by customers.
  • Providing the service provider with necessary documentation and final decisions when claims are closed. 3. Liaising externally on the process of logging claims.
  • Managing claims queries
  • Assessing and investigating of claims logged by customers ensuring accuracy in them. 6. Recording of claims documentation and categorising the claims as they are reported 7. Month reporting of the full potential loss from claims.
  • Recording of incident reports pertaining to responsible branches concerning claims.
  • Recording of recoveries linked to the logged claims, as AODs.
  • Preparing of invoices to recover the loss from related labour brokers.
  • Arranging of regular claims meetings with management/senior management for approvals once investigations are complete.
  • Consistent engagement with extended liability partners to resolve claims.
  • Reporting on the full list of pending claims to be investigated and resolved.
  • Processing credit checks on all new customers and ensuring that the required documentation is in place through My Credit App and Lexis Nexis.
  • Loading of new customers on Freight & ERP systems.
  • Updating all new and existing customer documentation on commercial folder.
  • Updating and recording of the new customers on managements' shared sheet for reporting purposes.
  • Qualifications in Risk Management, plus at least 2 years proven experience in claims adjusting.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills
  • Worked on Freight billing system WinFreight.
  • Experience with insurance brokers

Salary:
R15,000.00 per month
